Outlet is a company that likes to make a difference; Outlet believes in participating in giving back and has been finding people homes for over fifteen years.

Outlet has been a supporter of the Wig Party since the start; not only sponsoring the event itself each year but also turning its offices into Wiggy HQ three months prior to the big day.

The already busy Outlet real estate office becomes a bundle of feverish activity in the weeks leading up to Wig Party with hair, make-up, event daily deliveries and the general madness surrounding organising an event which almost drowns Outlet’s normal business activities.

Back in 2009 Outlet’s managing director and Wig Party’s chairman Joshua Rafter had the chance to visit Zambia and see personally what the Points of Light project supported by Wig Party funding could achieve in helping those most affected by HIV and AIDS … Read more about the visit here

In 2010 Outlet set out as they do every year to take part in the Walk for Life, Europe’s largest expression of public support for HIV and AIDS and to try and beat the previous year’s almighty fundraising total. With Outlet once again fully supporting and sponsoring the Wig Party the office team joined friends and wig cadets alike to walk the full 10 km in a Space inspired theme. Not only was it the best turn out ever with many a good joke being shared along the walk, the efforts of everyone taking part managed to raise a whopping £7200! Incredible!

Outlet are proud to have launched an additional initiative to help raise funds for NAT (National AIDS Trust), the Wig Party’s main charity.

Outlet have decided to offer all other kind supporters of NAT a full 1% off our normal letting fee whenever we go on to let their flat or house. In addition Outlet themselves will donate a further 1% to NAT when that very same property has been let. Outlet also offers reduced fees for the selling of property with again an additional percentage donated to NAT. For full and further details please click here.
