What is the Booking Fee?
Tickets are subject to a £1.00 booking fee.

When will I receive my tickets?
E-tickets will be issued for this event within 48 hours of payment – simply print your order confirmation email and bring it with you to the party in order to gain entry. Each confirmation email contains a unique customer order ID and duplicate print-outs will not be accepted at the party.

What if I'm buying tickets for other people?
Please remember that if you purchase your tickets as a group you must arrive and redeem that ticket as a group. Individual entry for group tickets will not be permitted.

Can I buy tickets elsewhere?
Tickets can also be purchased from Prowler, Soho; The Box, Seven Dials, and from Outlet, Old Compton Street, W1. The Box and Prowler will charge a small admin fee which will come out of the face value of the ticket. Outlet will not charge this fee.

What are the door opening times?
Doors open 6.30pm - late.

Are there any age restrictions?
You must be over 18 to attend the party.

Does the venue have disabled access?
Unfortunately Café de Paris is not accessible for wheelchair users.

What name will appear on my Credit Card or Bank Statement?
Wig Party payments will be handled by Paypal

Can I get a refund? 
Tickets are sold as non-transferable and non-exchangeable. Refunds are strictly at the Management’s discretion. Please apply in writing to Crusaid at the address below.
