Big Wigs

This year, six fashion powerhouses have contributed their time and immense talent to the Point of Light Zambia appeal by designing one-of-a-kind wigs, which will be sold to raise funds for the campaign.

All monies raised goes to the Charity Crusaid to support Points of Light, Zambia Campaign. The Points of Light project offers children affected by HIV and AIDS a safe place to go, where they can get the food and support t hey need to survive. Our specially trained carers also provide educational support, bereavement counselling, teach them vital life skills and ensure they always have someone to turn to during their darkest times.

Big Wigs will be on display in the window of Q by Santos & Mowen, Earlham Street, London W1 from 6th-12th October 2008. Ebay Auction will run from 13th -19th October 2008.

• Each wig will have a reserve price set by Crusaid. This is the minimum bid.
• Each Wig will have a “take home now” price. Any bid at or over the “take home now” price, will automatically win that wig
• At the end of the auction on the 19th October 2008 the highest bid over the reserve price for a wig, will win the wig.
• Delivery of the wigs within London will be provided free of charge.
• Delivery outside of London will incur an additional charge, dependent on the delivery address.
• Note: each wig is meant to be a work of art and may not be suitable for wearing.
